Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were big and comfortable, but unfortunately, they had a bad smell and were not properly cleaned by check out. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, with the staff accommodating our needs and going the extra mile to make our stay less stressful. The location was very convenient for us, being just off the M4 motorway, although there were some issues with double charging my card. The dining experience was a mix of good and bad, with some disappointment in the quality versus price. Overall, it was a somewhat mixed but memorable experience.
The hotel features the same trendy and modern decor found in the lobby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was lovely and fresh.
The hotel's rooms left much to be desired with issues like a malfunctioning air conditioner and a lingering cigarette smell; however, the quiet atmosphere was a positive. The service was swift in addressing problems but could have been warmer, though the staff were friendly. The location, while peaceful, may not suit those seeking a bustling city center, yet it was convenient for various stops. The dining experience varied from great to extremely poor.
The hotel was very tidy and spacious with good facilities. The rooms are brilliant, roomy, and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The service was accommodating and friendly, maintaining a high level of professionalism. The location is very close to the A48, convenient for quick getaways, but limited dining options around unless you drive. The dining experience offered tasty food with a wide choice, although some more variation would be appreciated.
The hotel had some pleasant aspects such as caring staff but fell short on room cleanliness with unpleasant odors.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant with clean and comfortable rooms, although a bit far from reception. The facilities were great, including plenty of plug sockets and USB ports. However, the noise from other guests was disruptive during the night.
The hotel has some room for improvement with deep cleaning needed and noise from adjoining rooms and corridors, but it offers spacious rooms with great facilities like ample plug sockets, USB sockets, and a comfortable massive bed. The service is mixed with some issues in hygiene levels but the staff being polite and helpful. The location is convenient for access to the University Hospital of Wales amidst a nice leafy area. Dining had its highs and lows with outstanding food but also cold temperatures, bugs, and cobwebs. Overall, the hotel provides a moderate value for money.
